The areas managed by Héritage Saint-Bernard are perfect for hiking. Whether you are curious by nature, like to contemplate or are more fitness-oriented, the trails take you through a wonderful variety of ecosystems. In addition, these sites are at the doorstep of large urban areas!
To ensure the sustainability of species, picking flowers and any other collection are strictly prohibited at the Fernand-Seguin ecological center, as are off-trail traffic and bicycle traffic. Domestic animals are also prohibited on this natural territory.
Belonging to Châteauguay’s network of city parks, this wooded area is one of the most visited parks in the region. In the spring, summer and fall, families can enjoy five kilometres of hiking trails. In the winter, two kilometres of trails are walkable, but there are also four kilometres of snowshoe trails and 15 kilometres of cross-country skiing trails!
